Al Baari Quran Academy ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

- Contact details of the parent or adult student: name, email and WhatsApp number.
- Student details: name, age, current level, programme and plan, teacher preference and preferred lesson times.
- Records of lessons, attendance and learning progress.
- Payment confirmations and references (we do not store card details).
How we use it
- To arrange, deliver and schedule lessons.
- To communicate about enrolment, schedules, payments and progress.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the teacher assigned to the student and with service providers we use to operate the academy (such as messaging, email and video-call services), and only as needed.
Children
Information about students under 18 is provided by a parent or guardian, who can ask to review, correct or delete it.
Retention
We keep records while a student is enrolled and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and safeguarding purposes, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by contacting us.
