Payment
Plans are paid monthly in advance in USD. After enrolment we send payment instructions directly. We never ask for card details by WhatsApp or email.
Confirmation
Lessons are scheduled only after payment has been received and confirmed by the academy.
Refunds
- If you stop lessons, please tell us before the next billing month; no further charges will apply.
- Lessons cancelled by the academy and not made up will be refunded or credited.
- Unused lessons due to student absence or late cancellation are not normally refundable.
Family discounts
Discounts apply while the stated number of family members remain enrolled.
